Alumni EDC let's do business together - Portraits of our participants

At our last event, we had the pleasure of bringing together a variety of profiles, from students to alumni, each with interesting backgrounds and projects. Find out more about the participants and their inspiring initiatives in this article.

Quentin Ringot, a student at EDC and member of the school's incubator, has an innovative project in the foodtech sector. His team has developed a unique machine dedicated to food assembly, meeting both the challenges of professional catering and the growing demand for healthy solutions adapted to modern lifestyles. Three partners are working on this project, on which Quentin works full-time, while they are currently in the fund-raising phase to take it to the next level.
