IDF événements is a high-end event agency specializing in corporate events. The company was founded by Axel FREYMOND (class of 2015, master's degree in entrepreneurial management). Axel Freymond has always had a passion for events and ambitious projects, and started out as a self-taught entrepreneur at the age of 16. From music festivals to private events, his love of unusual venues and his professionalism brought him to the attention of major brands such as Ralph Lauren, and word of mouth did the rest.

A seasoned entrepreneur, he set up his own limited company at the age of 18, before selling it a few years later to an events group, where he created and developed a brand dedicated to corporate events. In 2018, he regained his independence and founded IDF Événements with 2 partners. The concept? To offer an upscale, unusual, turnkey event. Since its launch, IDF Événements has accompanied over 1,000 events for customers including Burberry, Orange, Fidal, Nike, Netflix and LVMH. The company has also been awarded several framework agreements as part of public procurement contracts (Ordre National des Médecins, Opco EP, RATP...).

The company's vocation is to design tailor-made projects through services that offer more than the expected.
The genesis of this ambitious concept is a desire to offer premium events that are different from traditional corporate services. Our 15 years of expertise have enabled us to build up an extensive network of unusual venues and trusted suppliers, guaranteeing the success and originality of your event.

2. Find an unusual place.

France is brimming with exceptional places of all kinds, from the most conventional to the most atypical. Always on the lookout for new and unusual spots, we offer you over 6,000 unusual and upscale venues across France (factories, aquariums, rooftops, workshops, distilleries, private mansions...). IDF Événements will guide you to the venue best suited to your needs and your company's requirements.

3. Orchestrate every detail.

Once the project has been validated by you, a dedicated team steps in to coordinate the commitments of all the service providers involved in your event. Venue, caterer, technical, personnel, scenography and/or entertainment; your production manager is with you every step of the way, right up to D-day.

4. Stage management on D-day.

On the day of your event, a stage manager, conductor and privileged contact, will be on hand from start to finish to manage all operational tasks, deal with the unexpected and ensure the success of your event. Our primary objective is to ensure that you and your teams enjoy every moment to the full.
